Due to the digital nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once the service has started. The maximum liability of the Company will be equal to the amount you paid for the service, and in no case will it exceed the total amount you paid for the service.
In no event will the Company or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or privacy arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we inform users that our services are digital, and no refunds will be provided once the service commences. Please ensure that you fully understand the scope of our service before proceeding with your purchase.
Due to the digital nature of the services we provide, once the service has commenced, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing and accessing our services, you acknowledge that all payments are final and no cancellations or refunds will be provided once the service has been started.
As an individual service provider, I am not registered under GST and do not collect GST on my services. By using my services, you agree that no Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the payments made for these services. The prices you see are inclusive of any applicable taxes, if any, but GST will not be charged.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. Waiver of any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If any significant changes are made, we will notify you 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after the new Terms are effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
